United States Urges 6th Circuit To Deny Rehearing Of Clean Water Rule Decision

Mealey's (April 4, 2016, 1:53 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — The United States on April 1 told the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals it should deny motions by various petitioners for an en banc rehearing of the court’s Feb. 22 jurisdictional ruling for the Clean Water Rule (In Re: Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-3751, et al., 6th Cir.).
