Mealey's (April 4, 2016, 12:53 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A complaint by Google Inc. seeking a declaration of patent invalidity and noninfringement can proceed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled April 1 (GeoTag Inc. v.
