Judge Overrules 800 Objections To Tribal Water Rights Settlement Agreement

Mealey's (April 1, 2016, 3:31 PM EDT) -- ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A New Mexico federal judge on March 21 approved a settlement agreement involving the water rights of the Pueblo of Tesuque, Pojoaque, Nambe and San Ildefonso tribes (State of New Mexico, et al. v. R. Lee Aamodt, et al., No. 66-6639, D. N.M.).
