Mealey's (April 1, 2016, 2:46 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A federal judge in New York on March 30 granted motions to dismiss in a securities class action lawsuit, ruling that a retirement system failed to plead any actionable misstatements or omission in making its federal securities law claims (Waterford Township Police & Fire Retirement System v. Regional Management Corp., et al., No. 14-3876, S.D. N.Y.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 42542).
