6th Circuit Upholds Dismissal Of Consolidated Alcohol Content Labeling Claims

(March 31, 2016, 10:50 AM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on March 22 upheld the dismissal of a consolidated class complaint accusing Anheuser-Busch Companies LLC of intentionally overstating the alcohol content on the labels of many of its malt beverages (In Re: Anheuser-Busch Beer Labeling Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, No. 14-3653, 6th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 5504).
