U.S. High Court Asks Parties In Clean Water Act Case What Reviewability Will Change

(March 30, 2016, 4:28 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on March 30 questioned the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers about its authority to make final determinations under the Clean Water Act, then asked the defendants what they hoped to gain if the court rules in their favor (United States Army Corps of Engineers v. Hawkes Co., Inc., et al., No. 15-290, U.S. Sup.).
