MDL Magistrate Judge Approves NHL’s Motion To Compel Medical Examinations

Mealey's (March 30, 2016, 2:08 PM EDT) -- MINNEAPOLIS — The federal magistrate judge in the National Hockey League (NHL) players’ concussion injury multidistrict litigation on March 29 granted the league’s motion and issued an order compelling independent medical examinations (IMEs) requested by the league (In re: National Hockey League Players Concussion Injury Litigation, MDL No. 14-2551, D. Minn.).
