Mealey's (March 29, 2016, 3:13 PM EDT) -- SAN DIEGO — A California federal judge on March 24 dismissed with prejudice a plaintiff’s third amended class action complaint against mortgage lenders for failure to state a claim under California’s unfair competition law (UCL), Business and Professions Code 17200 (Nimal Susantha Diunugala v. JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A., et al., No. 12cv2106, S.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 39544).
