Oracle Asks Government To Intervene In Oregon Suit Over ACA Exchanges

(March 29, 2016, 12:50 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) exchange contractor Oracle America Inc. asked the federal government to step into a spat between it and the State of Oregon in a March 8 complaint seeking writ of mandamus (Oracle America Inc. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, No. 16-451, D. D.C.).
