Court Finds Dust-Sampling Evidence Supports Last Exposure Ruling
(March 28, 2016, 2:24 PM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, W.Va. — An appellate court properly relied on dust-sampling evidence in concluding that a man’s last asbestos exposure occurred eight years prior to his retirement, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals held March 24 (Minnie Bennett, widow of Billy Bennett, v. West Virginia Office of Insurance Commissioner; Corning Inc., et al., No. 15-0072, W. Va. Sup. App.).
