(March 28, 2016, 1:52 PM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A trial judge did not err in allowing the admission of a medical expert’s opinion and the admission of testimony regarding a flash drive in a child pornography case, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals ruled March 24 (State of West Virginia v. William B. Shingleton, No. 12-1446, W.Va. Sup.; 2016 W.Va. LEXIS 186).
