9th Circuit: Plaintiffs In Failed Breach Class Suit Owe Defendants Attorney Fees
(March 28, 2016, 1:30 PM EDT) -- PASADENA, Calif. — The named plaintiffs in a breach of contract proposed class suit that was rejected by a California federal court must pay the defendants attorney fees, the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled March 23, upholding the trial court’s order (William Bauer, Ph.D., et al. v. Atlantis Events, Inc., et al., Nos. 14-55420 and 14-55737, 9th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 5432).
