Reinsurer Says Magistrate Judge Erred When Ordering It To Post Security
(March 25, 2016, 12:35 PM EDT) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A reinsurer told a federal court in Connecticut on March 24 that a magistrate judge’s ruling that the reinsurer should post a prepleading security in a million-dollar reinsurance dispute is erroneous (Select Insurance Company v. Excalibur Reinsurance Corporation, f/k/a PMA Capital Insurance Company, No. 15-cv-00715, D. Conn.).
