(March 25, 2016, 11:19 AM EDT) -- COLUMBIA, S.C. — A woman claiming that a newly constructed home she purchased from Beazer Homes Corp. contained excessive levels of dirt under the carpet that exacerbated her previously disclosed respiratory condition cannot pursue claims against a company employee, a federal judge in South Carolina ruled March 21, because the employee owed no duty to the plaintiff (Jennifer L.
