Magistrate Judge: Amendment To Correct Error In Shingles Complaint Unnecessary
(March 25, 2016, 8:30 AM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — A federal magistrate judge in New Jersey on March 15 denied the plaintiffs’ motion to file a fourth amended complaint against the manufacturer of allegedly defective roofing shingles, finding that the amendment was not required to correct a purported factual error (Ilene Stern, et al. v. Maibec Inc., No. 11-3951, D. N.J.).
