South Carolina Federal Judge Delays Certifying Conditional Class

Mealey's (March 24, 2016, 3:07 PM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, S.C. — A South Carolina federal judge on March 21 denied without prejudice a motion to conditionally certify a class of servers at corporate-owned and franchise Wild Wing Café restaurants who brought claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) (David Meller, et al. v. Wings Over Spartanburg LLC, et al., No. 2:15-cv-2094, D. S.C., Charleston, Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 35792).
