Software At Center Of New Copyright Dispute Between Oracle, HP

(March 23, 2016, 1:24 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Oracle America Inc. and Oracle International Corp. (Oracle, collectively) on March 22 took aim at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (HP) in a new copyright infringement complaint filed in California federal court (Oracle America Inc. v. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, No. 16-1393, N.D. Calif.).
