Oral Arguments Set In Appeal Of Insurance Dispute

(March 23, 2016, 12:55 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — Oral arguments in the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals are set for April 13 in an appeal of a federal district court’s ruling in an insurance dispute over an insurer’s failure to provide a defense and indemnification under a personal umbrella policy in which the district court denied the insurer’s summary judgment motion on its coverage claims in an underlying vehicular negligence lawsuit (Cincinnati Insurance Co. v. Estate of Toni Chee, et al., No. 15-3243, 7th Cir.).
