Insurer: Relief Sought From Insured Is Nothing More Than A Return Of Legal Fees

(March 23, 2016, 10:00 AM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — A professional liability insurer argues to the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that relief sought from an attorney insured in an underlying lawsuit is nothing more than a claim for the return of legal fees and, therefore, coverage is barred (Thomas Edwards v.
