Class Seeks To Compel Fracking Company To Comply With Discovery In Royalty Case
Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 9:19 AM EDT) -- CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A class of landowners on Feb. 20 moved to compel a hydraulic fracturing company to answer interrogatories and produce documents for deposition in a fracking royalty dispute in West Virginia federal court, contending that the company is refusing to provide information that is required by federal law in a class action lawsuit (The Kay Company LLC, et al. v. EQT Production Company, No. 13-151, N.D. W.Va.).
