Plaintiffs In For-Profit Challenge To Birth Control Case: Hold Petition

Mealey's (June 10, 2015, 9:46 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A for-profit company challenging the birth control mandate told the U.S. Supreme Court Feb. 28 , 2014,that it should hold the government’s petition in the case until the resolution of Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood (Kathleen Sebelius, et al. v. William Newland, et al., No. 13-919, U.S. Sup.).
