Mealey's (March 22, 2016, 1:43 PM EDT) -- DENVER — A federal judge in Colorado on March 18 granted an insured’s motion to remand an insurance bad faith lawsuit to state court, ruling that an insurer’s removal was untimely (Lisa Cappeli v. Liberty Mutual Group, et al., No. 16-0012, D. Colo.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 35419).
