New York Justice Finds Testimony Sufficiently Identifies Asbestos Products
(March 22, 2016, 12:36 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A man’s product identification testimony sufficiently matches a company’s raw asbestos and asbestos-containing products, and any dispute over the strength of that testimony is for a jury, a New York justice held Feb. 22 (Maria Rosa Bartolone, et al. v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp., et al., No. 190398/2014, N.Y. Sup., New York Co.).
