Referee Orders ‘Strict’ Compliance With Client Nonsolicitation Agreement

(March 22, 2016, 11:40 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — Parties to an asbestos litigation firm’s dissolution agreement should “strictly” comply with a nonsolicitation agreement pending a hearing on whether anyone violated its provisions, a New York judge held Feb. 9 (Paul J. Napoli v. Marc J. Bern, No. 159576/2014, N.Y. Sup., New York Co.).
