Federal Judge Dismisses 2 Negligence Claims In Ski Accident Suit

(March 22, 2016, 10:59 AM EDT) -- DENVER — A federal judge in Colorado on March 11 partially granted a ski resort’s motion to dismiss, dismissing negligence and negligence per se claims against it, but denied motion as it related to three other negligence claims in a suit brought by a woman who injured herself getting off of a ski lift (Teresa Brigance v. Vail Summit Resorts, Inc., No. 15-CV-1394, D. Colo.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 31662).
