(March 22, 2016, 7:22 AM EDT) -- CHICAGO — An Illinois judge on March 11 granted a liquidator permission to present a brief in support of the recommendation to disallow a $23 million claim brought by a school board against an insolvent insurer’s liquidation estate regarding certain construction project performance bonds (People of the State of Illinois, ex rel.
