Trial Court Properly Entered Partial Directed Verdict, Ohio Panel Says

(March 21, 2016, 4:34 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — A First District Ohio Court of Appeals panel on March 11 determined that a trial court did not err in entering judgment in favor of the defendants in a medical malpractice suit because the trial court properly instructed the jury and properly entered a partial directed verdict in favor of the hospital (Anthony Rush, et al. v. University of Cincinnati Physicians Inc., et al., No. C-150309, Ohio App., 1st Dist.; 2016 Ohio App. LEXIS 861).
