Man Files Negligence Suit After Bird Attack On Railroad Tracks

(March 21, 2016, 2:58 PM EDT) -- ATHENS, Ga. — A railroad employee on March 11 filed suit in a federal court in Georgia against the railroad company he works for and four related companies that sell and produce cereal, alleging that railroad company was negligence and the cereal companies had an obligation to protect him from being attacked by a bird, which caused him to be hit by a train while he was working on the cereal companies’ property (Quincy Dobbs v.
