West Virginia Residents Appeal Fracking Lease Decision To 4th Circuit

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 9:14 AM EDT) -- RICHMOND, Va. — West Virginia residents who had their lease lawsuit against a hydraulic fracturing company dismissed filed a notice of appeal on Feb. 25 with the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Carol G. Dwyer, et al. v. Range Resources-Appalachia, et al., No. 15-1189, 4th Cir.).
