Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 8:57 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A hydraulic fracturing company that is having its permit to drill for oil and gas challenged by a group of landowners on Feb. 17 filed a brief with the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB), arguing that the evidence is “clear” that it provided adequate notice of its plan to drill and that the landowners cannot meet their burden of showing that additional environmental controls should be imposed (Richard L.
