(March 21, 2016, 10:20 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A plaintiff’s inability to recall specific times when he worked constructing a power plant does not entitled two companies to summary judgment on the cross-claims against them, a New York appeals court affirmed March 17 (In re New York City Asbestos Litigation Michael Koulermos and Marian Koulermos v.
