Supreme Court Asked To Resolve Circuit Court Forum Split

Mealey's (March 20, 2016, 10:20 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Government of Belize (GOB) asserts in a March 8 reply brief that the U.S. Supreme Court needs to grant its petition for writ of certiorari to resolve a “clear” circuit split on the issue of forum non conveniens in a foreign arbitral award proceeding (Government of Belize v. Belize Social Development Ltd., No. 15-830, U.S. Sup.; 2016 U.S. S. Ct. Briefs LEXIS 851).
