(March 17, 2016, 7:53 AM EDT) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A federal magistrate judge in Connecticut on March 10 granted an reinsurer’s motion and ordered that its reinsurer must post a prepleading security, the amount of which is to be determined at a future hearing (Select Insurance Company v.
