Football Helmet Makers Seek To Delay Hearing Until 3rd Circuit Ruling

(March 16, 2016, 2:24 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A group of football helmet makers involved in the National Football League concussion injury multidistrict litigation on March 14 asked the MDL judge to delay a pretrial conference requested by the plaintiffs until the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals rules on objections to a settlement between the players and the NFL (In re: National Football League Players’ Concussion Injury Litigation No. 2:12-md-02323-AB, E.D. Pa.).
