New Jersey Proposes Closing Aredia/Zometa, Gadolinium Multicounty Litigations

(March 16, 2016, 11:42 AM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — The New Jersey administrative courts director on March 4 proposed terminating the state court’s Aredia/Zometa and gadolinium multicounty litigations.

In a notice to the bar from the acting administrative director of the courts, the court said that judges in both litigations have reported that all active litigation has been resolved and that the multicounty designation should be terminated.

Comments or objections to the proposed termination are due by April 1.
