Judge Sentences Man To 174 Months In Prison For Fraud Scheme

(March 15, 2016, 2:30 PM EDT) -- TAMPA, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida on March 8 sentenced a man to more than 14 years in prison for his role in an insurance fraud and money-laundering scheme and ordered him to pay restitution of $2.5 million (United States of America v. David B. Lovelace, No. 14cr164, M.D. Fla.).
