Maryland Jury Returns Defense Verdict In Asbestos Insulation Case
(March 14, 2016, 1:32 PM EDT) -- BALTIMORE — A Maryland jury on Feb. 24 handed Wallace & Gale Settlement Trust a defense verdict after hearing that the three weeks of alleged exposure to its insulation products paled in comparison to other sources of exposure, sources told Mealey Publications (The Estate of John E. John Sroka contracted peritoneal mesothelioma in 2012 and died shortly thereafter at the age of 73.
