Kohl’s Fails To Have Claims Alleging False Sales Prices Dismissed
Mealey's (March 14, 2016, 12:23 PM EDT) -- MILWAUKEE — A Wisconsin federal judge on Feb. 8 denied a retail chain’s motion to dismiss California unfair competition law (UCL) and class action claims brought by a California consumer in which he accuses the retailer of misleading consumers by using false “original” prices when advertising sales (Victor Le, et al. v. Kohls Department Stores, Inc., et al., No. 15-1171, E.D. Wis.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 14999).
