Magistrate Judge Recommends Not Exercising Jurisdiction Over Fees Dispute

(March 14, 2016, 8:16 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A federal magistrate judge in New York on March 2 recommended that a court decline to exercise ancillary jurisdiction over a dispute between a man accused of being involved with a scheme to submit fraudulent bills to the Government Employees Insurance Co.
