Tennessee Legislature Passes Asbestos Trust, Medical Criteria Bill

(March 11, 2016, 1:38 PM EST) -- NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Legislation that proponents claim will bring transparency to asbestos litigation and asbestos bankruptcy trusts passed the Tennessee House March 10 in a unanimous vote.
