(March 11, 2016, 9:25 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — The Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on March 7 affirmed a lower federal court’s ruling that there is no directors and officers liability insurance coverage for an underlying federal indictment brought against the former president and CEO of a vending machine sales company for conspiracy and mail and wire fraud charges (Edward Morris Weaver v. Axis Surplus Insurance Co., No. 14-4180, 2nd Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 4199).
