Texas Judge OKs $9 Million Payment From Insurer To W.R. Grace Trust

(March 11, 2016, 9:18 AM EST) -- AUSTIN, Texas — A Texas judge on March 1 approved a $9 million settlement between an insurer’s receivership estate and the asbestos personal injury trust established in the W.R. Grace & Co. Chapter 11 bankruptcy (State of Texas v. Highlands Insurance Company, No. D-1-GV-03-004537, Texas, 53rd Dist., Travis Co.).
