Ct. 1817 ) is not applicable to mixed-motive discrimination suit where the evidence is circumstantial, an 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled Feb. 22 (Linda Jean Quigg, Ed.D. v. Thomas County School District, et al., No. 14-14530, 11th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 3007).
