D.C. Circuit: Labor Board Must Clarify Decision On Union Petitions

(March 10, 2016, 10:01 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Feb. 23 denied a petition for review of a National Labor Relations Board decision regarding a union’s petitions for unit clarification, as well as the NLRB’s cross-petition for enforcement, finding that the NLRB must clarify its rationale for “a significant portion” of its decision (NBCUniversal Media, LLC v. National Labor Relations Board, No. 14-1055, D.C. Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 3095).
