(March 9, 2016, 1:26 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — A man’s allegations of asbestos exposures from a nondiverse defendant sufficiently support a case against it and warrant remand, but not attorney fees, a federal judge in Louisiana said March 4 (Julius David Bourke v.
