Magistrate In Fracking Case Appoints Mediator In Wake Of Discovery Dispute

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 4:24 PM EDT) -- FORT WORTH, Texas — A chief magistrate judge in Texas on Jan. 12 issued an order appointing a mediator in the dispute involving a man who sued a hydraulic fracturing company for allegedly causing the wrongful death of his mother.
