(March 9, 2016, 12:06 PM EST) -- RICHMOND, Va. — A man who was accidentally shot by a co-worker while on the job recently filed a brief in the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals contending that the district court improperly granted the gunman’s insurance company summary judgment dismissal, saying it did not owe the shooter a duty to defend in the victim’s underlying case seeking damages (QBE Insurance Corporation v.
