(March 9, 2016, 11:44 AM EST) -- FRESNO, Calif. — A California federal judge on March 4 denied a motion to dismiss an environmental group’s lawsuit challenging the temporary construction of a salinity barrier on a river (Center for Environmental Science, Accuracy & Reliability v. Mark W. Cowin, et al., No. 15-1852, E.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 29016).
