(March 9, 2016, 11:31 AM EST) -- CAMDEN, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on March 4 refused to set aside a judgment in a coverage dispute over Superstorm Sandy property damage, finding that there is insufficient evidence to warrant reopening the case due to extraordinary circumstances (Gerard Margiotti v.
