Insurers Seek Determination That No Coverage Due Under General Liability Policies
(March 9, 2016, 10:50 AM EST) -- LOS ANGELES — Insurers on Feb. 22 filed a declaratory relief suit against a company and certain of its subsidiaries in California federal court, seeking a determination that they don’t owe coverage under general liability policies for a settlement the company reached without their consent (AIU Insurance Co., et al. v. Fluor Corp., et al., No. 16-1212, C.D. Calif.).
